Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are handmade upon order, we do not offer returns. We do, however, offer exchanges.
- An exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery,
- items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery,
- items must be shipped back unused and in the same condition as delivered,
- and items must be returned in the original packaging.
Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If 14 days has passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Partial refunds may be granted when an item is not received in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank. Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and you have still not received your refund, please contact us.
You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order. Please contact us to request cancellation. Because our items are handmade upon order, once an order has been fulfilled we are unable to cancel your order or provide a refund. We can, however, facilitate an exchange.
